About Me

I’m a therapist guided by compassion, mindfulness, and patience, bringing a grounded, calm presence to my work. I value honesty, reflection, and authenticity, and I believe in holding space for people to feel genuinely heard and respected. My work is shaped by my own lived experience of recovery and a deep curiosity about human experience, which gives me empathy, insight, and steadiness in the therapeutic relationship.

I believe in the power of presence, connection, and resilience, and in the importance of meeting people with warmth, integrity, and respect. I aim to be a steady companion through life’s complexities, valuing depth, courage, and thoughtful engagement with whatever is most meaningful.

My Approach

I bring a grounded perspective to my work, guiding clients through emotional challenges and personal growth. Shaped by a social work lens, my approach honours the whole person within their wider life, relationships, and environment. I create a safe, respectful space while also asking thoughtful, sometimes difficult questions that support insight, accountability, and real change. My practice is offered to adults, exclusively online, alongside my ongoing full-time work in the mental health sector.

My practice is informed by mindfulness and compassion, supporting clients to develop awareness, self-regulation, and meaningful, sustainable change. I use evidence-based approaches to support anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation, while also integrating life coaching principles, nutritional psychiatry, and, where appropriate, the restorative role of art, nature, and connection to the natural world. Above all, I believe in the power of connection, and I walk alongside clients with care, presence, and respect.
